Shipping & Delivery
Ordering to Norway:
We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 business days. The standard delivery shipping cost is 79 NOK. Standard delivery is free for orders over 2500 NOK. During high seasons and sales, delivery might take a little longer.
Ordering from Overseas:
The standard delivery shipping cost is 15 EUR/USD, with free shipping on orders valued above 300 EUR/USD. There will be no additional import taxes on your order, only the corresponding delivery cost. Some exceptions apply; please see our Help Center for more information.
Delivery Restrictions:
For all shipping to Møkster and Svalbard, tax is included and will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Russia.
Track Your Parcel:
As soon as your order has been packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

FAQ
When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your purchase (weekends not included). However, during periods of high demand (i.e. sale periods) it might take a little longer.

When can I expect delivery?
In normal circumstances, we would like to have your order shipped within 24 hours from your order was placed. Delivery time should then be another 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
However, in periods of high demand (i.e. sale periods), both shipping and delivery might exceed normal expectations.
Sometimes shipments are held up in customs, which delays the delivery of your order.
How do I get free shipping?
Norway:
Orders with a value above 2500 NOK will be sent with free shipping. The cost for shipping orders to Norway is 79 NOK.
DHL Express: 150 NOK
Sweden:
Orders with a value above 3000 SEK will be sent with free shipping. The cost for shipping orders to Sweden is 150 SEK.
Denmark:
Orders with a value above 2500 DKK will be sent with free shipping. The cost for shipping orders to Denmark is 110 DKK.
Other countries:
Orders with a value above 300 EUR/USD/GBP will be sent with free shipping. The shipping cost is 15 EUR/USD/GBP.
Where can I find my tracking information?
If your order has left our warehouse, you should have received a tracking notification the shipping company you chose. If you have yet to receive a notification about shipping, the order is probably in the queue to be packed at our warehouse, and the tracking information should be provided by the shipping-company shortly.
What are my shipping alternatives?
To find which shipping alternatives are available for your address, fill in the delivery address at checkout.
Norway:
Both Bring and DHL Express are used as shipping options in Norway.
International:
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from DHL where you can choose delivery method. All international orders are shipped with DDP.

Where does Holzweiler ship from?
All Holzweiler orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway. However, since we ship our orders with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) there are no extra costs for international orders either. Read more about tax and customs here.
Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
No. All orders from Holzweiler are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).* This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax after you've placed your order. Read more about DDP and how it affects your shipment here.
DHL might need some help from you (the importer) to clear the shipment through customs. This is just standard procedure, and DHL will in most cases contact you to process the order. Are you having trouble with DHL and customs processing?
*This does not apply to orders being shipped to Austria and Switzerland. You will not be charged with EU-VAT during checkout but you will have to pay import taxes to the carrier for the package to be delivered.
Different countries have their own tax/duty regulations, and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the rules applicable in their respective country.No.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship our orders to all countries in the world (Russia and Svalbard are excluded due to customs issues). International orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide and should arrive in 2-3 business days after departure from our warehouse.
If the website is showing the incorrect country, please try these solutions.
Sometimes orders are held up in customs due to processing and clearance. In these cases, DHL often require some information from the importer (you). If the delivery is delayed due to customs processing, please contact DHL for your country. My order is stuck in customs.
If your order have been in customs for a few days, it is likely that DHL need some information from you, and they will most likely contact you to retrieve the information about you and the content of your order.
If it seems that the customs processing is taking to long, do not hesitate to contact your national DHL and ask them if there is anything you can do to speed up the process.
