Holzweiler launches a POP-up shop in SKP-S Beijing designed by architects Snøhetta containing a full line of exclusive styles.
As SKP remains the biggest and most productive retailer in China, It's newly opened SKP-S, is pushing the boundary of experiential retail in China. The new mall showcases more than 1000 global brands alongside a select range of domestic names in designer fashions - all showcased in a well-thought setting of grand art installation experience and discoveries.
The Holzweiler POP-up is entering the SKP-S as the first Scandinavian brand and has for the occasion collaborated on an exclusive line only available to the SPK-S customer. As customers of the SKP-S will know, it is definitely not "just another mall", but contains a large collection of global limited edition products; from co-branded collections to limited edition products, to products that are not yet on the market that marks a unique position to the Chinese fashion retail market.
10th of October Holzweiler opened a POP-shop at the space called Station S on the third floor. The station is commited to cooperating with popular avant-garde brands in fashion to present the SKPs exclusive limited-time conceptual store. The POP-up is designed in collaboration with architects Snøhetta. For the interior design a bespoke and elegantly undulating furniture installation, delicately exhibits the garments. With its rational curves, the furniture displays the scarves and highlight form as if the garments were displayed on a person. The furniture also echoes the Holzweiler history and brand DNA. The design core celebrates where it all started; the lambswool scarves.
Andreas Holzweiler, co-founder & CEO, Holzweiler:
"I was very fortunate to be given a guided tour back in December, just a couple of weeks prior to the opening of SKP-S. And I was honestly blown away by the experience the space was! Truly next level retail. We are very excited to be the first Scandinavian brand to collaborate for a pop-up shop in this space.
